Bio
After starting his retail career at Boots, Simon then spent over 13 years at Marks and Spencer. His final role there was as Head of Innovation and Quality General Merchandise, overseeing the strategy for all Marks and Spencer non-food categories. Following this Simon lead a diverse team of technical experts in the UK and Asia at the nursery goods leader Mamas & Papas.
Simon is now a Director of Sicol Consulting.
